Welcome to Captain Jack’s Restaurant and Bar! Our chef, Carlos Newton features traditional Bahamian Seafood with a gourmet flair. Carlos has worked as Executive Chef at one of two five star restaurants in the Bahamas and has been featured on the food channel and various publications. Carlos is assisted by his wife Rosemary who has more than nineteen years experience as an assistant chef at a leading resort on Paradise Island. His signature dish is the Crab Stuffed Grouper
featuring Native Grouper filet with Blue Crab, served with Au-Gratin Potatoes, Asparagus and Shrimp Bisque.
