The 50 villas at Paradise Sands Resort are now under construction! We are committed to a building system that delivers strong, durable, attractive and energy efficient homes. Each villa is built to meet hurricane codes in the state of Florida, and they super cede the highest construction standards in both the US and the Bahamas! When complete, each two bedroom villa will be delivered to their owners turn key.
Nestled amidst the lush tropical foliage of silver palm trees, each villa includes a furniture and house ware package. For your comfort during your stay, each villa has a fully furnished kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. All you need to bring is you- and some sunscreen!
From the deck of your villa, enjoy a cup of coffee at sunrise; hear the calming sound of the surf lapping the shoreline. In the evening, watch the moon rise over the ocean and see stars shining brightly in the clear blue sky.
